experience. Scott has achieved national recognition as a leading recruiter
of Information System professionals. Clients served range from Fortune 100

emerging technology industry. His expertise is recruiting both staff level
and management/ executive level professionals. At the core of his success is
the ability to deliver superior results in a timely, and professional
manner.
Dan Bakke - Account Manager/Recruiter
Dan has five years of successful experience in the Executive & Technical
search field. Dan's area of focus is with emerging technology based
companies in the Twin Cities market. He also has a well-proven track record
of identifying professionals both at the staff and management level for our
client companies. Dan had previously been a member of the recruiting team,
and the Research Manager at Bartz Rogers & Partners.
Jeff Skrede - Research Manager/Recruiter
Jeff has four years of Information Systems recruitment experience. Jeff
leads Rogers & Partners efforts in the research area. His focus is both
with candidate development and business intelligence within the local
business landscape. Jeff had previously worked at Bartz Rogers & Partners
as member of the recruiting and research team, and prior held a management
position with a Wisconsin based Executive Search firm.
Tom Rogers - Research Team
Tom has three years of Candidate recruitment and development experience.
Tom's strength is identifying first-rate candidates for our most challenging
searches. Tom spent part of his youth in Europe and is fluent in Hungarian,
Dutch, French, and Spanish and welcomes the opportunity to use those skills
in recruiting professionals.
